NKTR provides features for adding notes and profile details to each contact. By using these features, you agree to respect the privacy of others. You are solely responsible for the content you add, and NKTR assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or confidentiality of such information.
Our app may use proximity-based features to help you connect with other users nearby. These features require access to your device’s location. You can control these settings within your device preferences.

NKTR offers both free and premium plans with varying features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to our payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds may not be provided after payment, except under certain conditions as determined by NKTR.

We are not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed connections, unsuccessful networking outcomes, or technical issues. NKTR does not guarantee any specific business results or success from using the app.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of NKTR after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or disable your account at our discretion, for any reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
In the event of any disputes arising from the use of NKTR, you agree to resolve them through binding arbitration. Any legal actions must be brought within the jurisdiction of the courts of Collin County or Denton County, Texas, USA.
